3.0 ASSEMBLY OF THE POLE

If complete assembly is necessary, for example in order to change the cords, go to point 4.0

Both the FlyingPole and the Portable FlyingPole are shipped with the ropes already installed and are divided into two parts of 150cm each, bound on one side by the double ropes (grey and black) that pass inside the pole.
The Portable FlyingPole can be further divided into four 75cm sections to facilitate subsequent transport.

Be careful when unpacking the poles and components so as not to damage the strings and the pole coating.

The pole assembly operations must be carried out on the ground.

Get on your knees to proceed with the assembly.

3.1CONNECT THE POLE SECTIONS AND TIGHTEN THE SCREWS ON THE CENTRAL JOINT STRONG

Place the sections of the poles on the ground, side by side, in a horizontal position.
Leaving the lower section (with spherical end) stationary, rotate the upper section until it is aligned with the joint. Avoid dragging the piece across the floor.
insert the piece on the joint and align the hole with the pawl.
With the 5 mm hex key tighten the joint, screwing it clockwise, tightening firmly.

On Portable FlyinPole, repeat for each joint.
In any case, avoid rotating the sections on the longitudinal axis, with the risk of twisting the ropes together.

ATTENTION!!! Check before each use that all joints are tight.

Once the pole is assembled, it can be installed by hooking it to the ceiling

GO TO THE POINT: 5.0 INSTALLING THE FLYINGPOLE

4.0 COMPLETE ASSEMBLY OF THE FLYING POLE

These instructions explain how to fully assemble the Flying Pole and the Portable Flying Pole, also when changing cords, an operation that must be carried out periodically and/or when they are damaged or worn.

This requires 2 cords of at least 750 cm in length each.

4.1 INSERT THE CORDS INTO THE LOWER END PIECE OF THE POLE

Taking the hole in the lower end piece of the pole as a reference point, insert the two ends of the black cord into the two holes on one side, and the two ends of the grey cord into the two holes on the other side.

4.2 TIE KNOTS ON THE FOUR ENDS OF THE CORDS

Measure 16 cm from the end of the cord.
At the 16-cm point, fold the end of the cord back on itself.
Wind the end of the cord around the cord twice and then tie.
Pull the knot tight.

Repeat for all four cord ends.

4.3 PULL THE CORDS

When all four ends of the two cords have been knotted, insert the four knots into the lower end piece of the pole and pull the cords to ensure that the knots fully enter. This operation is extremely important and can be carried out by two people, one holding one part and one holding the other, or by hooking the cords via a carabiner to a fixed anchor and pulling in the opposite direction.
BE CAREFUL NOT TO TWIST THE ROPES!!!

4.4 INSERT THE CORDS INTO THE LOWER SECTION OF THE POLE AND SCREW IN THE LOWER END.

Insert the cords into the lower section of the pole until they come out of the other end.
Pull the cords fully and insert the lower end into the pole, aligning the holes.
Use the 4-mm hexagonal key to tighten the lower end piece of the pole, turning it clockwise as far as it will go.

4.5 INSERT THE CORDS INTO THE JOINT AND SCREW IN THE CENTRAL JOINT

Making sure not to twist the cords inside the pole, insert the cords into the dedicated slots in the central joint, alternating colours.
At this point, insert the joint into the lower part of the pole, aligning the holes.
Use the 5-mm hexagonal key to tighten the joint, turning its clockwise as far as it will go.

4.6 CONNECT THE POLE SECTIONS AND TIGHTEN THE SCREWS ON THE CENTRAL JOINT

Lay the sections on the ground and connect them, making sure the holes are aligned.
Use the 5-mm hexagonal key to tighten the joint, turning it clockwise as far as it will go. PORTABLE POLES HAVE FOUR SECTIONS TO BE CONNECTED.
Pull the cords fully.

ATTENTION!!! Before use, always ensure that all the joints are properly tightened.

4.7 INSERT THE ROPES INTO THE UPPER SEGMENT OF THE POLE AND POSITION THE TOP TERMINAL OF THE POLE

Insert the ropes into the top piece of the pole until they come out on the opposite side being careful not to get them twisted inside the pole.
Pull the ropes tightly and insert the terminal top.

WARNING! FOR THE PORTABLE FLYING PILE THESE STEPS MUST BE DONE FOR EACH SPLIT OF THE PILE BECOMING CAREFUL NOT TO HAVE THE ROPE ATTACKED TO THE INSIDE OF THE PILE.

6.0 UNINSTALLING THE POLE: DIVIDING THE SECTIONS

Lay the pole in a horizontal position before beginning.

Using the 5-mm hex key, rotate the pin in the upper section for 3.5 turns.
Turn the pole until you see the two small silver pins, then use the hex key to push the pin that you have just unscrewed inwards.
Separate the sections by pulling them gently apart.

ATTENTION: DO NOT TURN THE HEX KEY TOO FAR IN A COUNTERCLOCKWISE DIRECTION, OTHERWISE THE STEEL THREADED BOLT WILL MOVE TOO FAR IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, ONCE AGAIN LOCKING THE JOINT.
IF THIS HAPPENS, TURN THE STEEL THREADED BOLT CLOCKWISE AS FAR AS IT WILL GO USING THE 5-MM HEX KEY, AND THEN TURN IT COUNTERCLOCKWISE FOR JUST 3 COMPLETE TURNS.
