2° Using the 10 mm wrench or your fingers, unscrew and remove only one screw.

4.6 REMOVE THE OLD WEBBING AND INSERT THE NEW ONE
2° Insert new webbing.
WARNING: the webbing supplied by the company with the product is manufactured according to specific technical requirements and a defined breaking load. Replacing it with unsuitable or low-quality rope or webbing may cause accidents and serious injuries. Do not hesitate to contact the company for original spare parts.

4.7 SCREW THE SCREW BACK IN UNTIL IT STOPS
2° Use a pencil to check that the two screws are at the same height.
This check is very important for the safe use of the product and to allow the safety sleeve to be inserted correctly.

4.8 INSERT THE SAFETY SLEEVE
2° Insert the safety sleeve.

4.9 INSERT THE WEBBING INTO THE LOWER POLE SECTION AND SCREW ON THE SPHERICAL END CAP
2° Insert the spherical lower end cap into the tube, aligning the holes.

7.0 CHECKS BEFORE USE
7.2 Make sure BEFORE EACH USE that the rope is not damaged or worn. If it is, replace it immediately and DO NOT use the Flying Pole.
7.3 Make sure that all suspension accessories are suitable for the type of use.
7.4 Make sure that the equipment is used by experienced people and prepare any fall-protection safety accessories, such as protective mats.
8.0 WEBBING MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION
The condition and wear of the webbing must never be underestimated.
8.2 The webbing must be inspected along its entire length before and after each use, and its integrity must be verified and compatible with the execution of the performance or training session.
8.3 The lifespan of the webbing is 5 years + 1 year of storage. In any case, refer to the relevant technical data sheet.
8.4 To carry out the inspection: separate the pole by completely removing the central joint using the 5 mm Allen key.
8.5 Align the two sections, leaving approximately 10 cm of space between them: the visual inspection will take place through this “window”.
8.6 From the upper end, pull the webbing from one side only. The webbing will “rotate” inside the pole, allowing it to be inspected along its full length.
WARNING: The stitching of the webbing is positioned in the lower section and, due to its thickness, cannot pass through the safety attachment at the base of the pole. If resistance is felt while sliding the webbing during the previous step (8.6), reverse the direction of rotation of the webbing.
