HOW IT WORKS: fix an appointment with our Customer Service department and bring your pole with you when you visit.

While you test all the new products (Flying PolesWhirlpoles, matsTPS, podiums, aerial hoops, Pole&Silk, etc.) in the largest Test Zone in Europe, your ThePole will be in the hands of our technicians, who will carry out a full service of the product and, if necessary, update it for the brand-new discipline, THEPOLE&Silk™.Your pole will be ready the same day, and you will be able to take it home with you right away, ready to continue to accompany you in your progress! In the event of more lengthy work, we will send it by express courier to your chosen address.
