SOFT FABRIC FOR AERIAL DANCE
It is called aerial silk, a part of the disciplines that originate from the circus; it is increasingly attractive in the fitness world or associated with pole dancing.
The various techniques of gripping, ascending and descending, and the positions which characterise it, make this discipline a great workout for the muscles.
The basic positions are accessible to everyone and constant training allows for improved familiarity with the equipment, increasing the level of technical positions.
If the fabric is to be used as aerial silk, calculate approximately double the ceiling height plus 1 metre for the necessary length.
Thanks to the specific space-saving attachments (for example the Albatros Plate) it is possible to practise this discipline in any premises with a height of about 3 metres, although higher heights allow for a greater freedom of actions and spectacular performances.
The aerial fabrics are compatible with the Albatros Plate and the aerial silk Play Hook.
The Pole&Silk kit for poles or podiums is sold separately.

The Soft Aerial Silk is 160 cm wide, is pleasant to touch and easy to grip. Thanks to its elasticity it is ideal for Pole&Silk disciplines and also for those who prefer a softer aerial silk.
